- Main Wraps:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese or cheddar
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
- ¼ cup finely diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil for cooking
- Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp ketchup or yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Cook the beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.
Prep the fillings: Warm tortillas, slice pickles, dice onions, and shred lettuce.
Assemble the wraps: Lay out a tortilla. Add a slice of cheese, a spoonful of beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and drizzle with sauce. Roll tightly like a burrito.
Optional – Toast the wrap: Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy hot!
