Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Drain: Remove the shrimp from the oil and drain on a wire rack to keep them crispy.
