Cheeseburger Dip Crock Pot

1 Crock Pot / Slow Cooker 4–6 quarts recommended
1 Skillet For browning the ground beef
1 Spatula or spoon For stirring while cooking
- 1 lb Ground beef Lean 80/20 or 90/10
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese Cubed
- 8 oz Cream cheese Cubed
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Mild or sharp
- 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies Undrained
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt Or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper Or to taste
- Optional Milk or cream For thinning if needed
- Optional Jalapeños or diced pickles For extra flavor
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it apart as it cooks, and drain any excess grease.
Add the cooked beef to your crock pot. Stir in Velveeta, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Rotel, and seasonings.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until fully melted and creamy.
Switch to “Keep Warm” to serve. Add a splash of milk or cream if the dip is too thick. Serve with chips, bread, or veggies!
