Cheeseburger Dip Crock Pot

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot / Slow Cooker 4–6 quarts recommended
  • 1 Skillet For browning the ground beef
  • 1 Spatula or spoon For stirring while cooking

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef Lean 80/20 or 90/10
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese Cubed
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Cubed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Mild or sharp
  • 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies Undrained
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Or to taste
  • Optional Milk or cream For thinning if needed
  • Optional Jalapeños or diced pickles For extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it apart as it cooks, and drain any excess grease.
  • Add the cooked beef to your crock pot. Stir in Velveeta, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Rotel, and seasonings.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until fully melted and creamy.
  • Switch to “Keep Warm” to serve. Add a splash of milk or cream if the dip is too thick. Serve with chips, bread, or veggies!

Notes

  • Make it ahead: Store in the fridge and reheat in your slow cooker when ready to serve.
  • Customize with jalapeños, diced pickles, or different cheeses.
  • Great served with tortilla chips, slider buns, veggies, or waffle fries.
