Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • ½ cup unsalted butter browned
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and cook until browned. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  • Fold in the browned butter and chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
