  • 1 Parchment Paper Or silicone baking mat
  • 1 Spoon or Cookie Scoop For portioning the cheese
  • 1 Cooling rack Helps chips crisp fully

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Small curd full-fat preferred
  • — — Everything bagel seasoning Or any seasoning of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place small dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet. Leave space between each.
  • Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon if needed.
  • Sprinkle with your chosen seasoning (like everything bagel seasoning).
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  • Let them cool completely on a rack, they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
  • Serve and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
