- 4 large lemons about 1 cup of juice
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or to taste
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice optional
Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice, and strain it to remove seeds and pulp.
In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice, agave nectar, and cold water. Stir well until the agave is dissolved.
Adjust sweetness by adding more agave nectar, if desired.
Pour into glasses over ice, and serve chilled.
