- 1 Ripe mango Peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned drained
- 1 cup Coconut water Can substitute with coconut milk or sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice Optional for extra brightness
- 1 –2 teaspoons Honey or agave syrup Optional to sweeten if needed
- Ice cubes As desired
- Fresh mint leaves For garnish optional
Prepare the Fruits:
Peel and chop the mango into chunks. Cut the pineapple into small bite-sized pieces if using fresh.
Blend:
Add mango, pineapple, coconut water, and optional lime juice into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the blend. If you want extra sweetness, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup and blend again briefly.
Serve Over Ice:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tropical drink over the top.
